Since this website began much progress has been made toward the Dandelion's goal: a uniquely beautiful and inspiring sustainable living institute . This page will give you a few glimpses of the progress in '05.

The fountain top gets dropped onto future installation site not far from Metal Hymn, in background, that was placed not long begore.


Loren and Candace, Dandelion hosts, play as new era American gothics. Metal art behind them is getting ready for installing, as seen to the left.

The Willow Jewel Gateway stands complete and ready to mount for entrance to Seventh Step shade dome, colored fabulously by multitalented artist, Lois Stopple.

 

Sculpting  in cement began with volunteers and captivated Candace. Our first dandeLION is the results of our combined efforts to learn this new medium. Newer works show rapid growth in skill and the addition of tile mosaic...such as Bed of Roses.

Our dear friend Reggie, who died last year, left his yurt to Dandelion....Here you see it going up in the walnut orchard...more space for  long stay volunteers or special  guests to spend the night.


Cob Bathhouse walls are finished...seen thru Arbor.

The Arbor for Endless Intimacy, is nearly done, with tiled pillars yet to receive their final center tile accent.


We all enjoy the wild creatures that are part of our life and help protect them with much space in wildlife preserve..


Looking down on "Deeper Lands" of Dandelion. You can see "Restful Chambers" the host house, "Chanting Frog" greenhouse and workshops.
